Our Pure&Humicis liquid (500ml), making it easily absorbed by the body and requiring a low dosage (once a day). Pure&Humic is the liquid version of humic acid in powder form, which is dissolved in water without additives/use of chemicals. Pure&Humic can easily be mixed with water or organic fruit juice.

The recommended daily dose is 5 ml per day, but can be increased to 10 ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

    Helped me with a bloated feeling! Also, the stools also got better and better. Since it is a liquid, it is also easy to take.
