Returning our humus and/or fulvinic acid products

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason and 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full amount of the order including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your address to Humic Solution are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Humic Solution in its original condition and packaging with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible. To use this right you can contact us via info@humicsolution.eu. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Change order(s)

If you still want to make some changes after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@humicsolution.eu. If the order has already been shipped, it can unfortunately not be changed, of course you can still return your products. See for this under the heading Return. The cost of shipping will not be reimbursed in this case.
