How long will it take?
Orders are processed daily (except for the weekend) and usually shipped the same day. The delivery times of PostNL are between 1-2 working days depending on the country of destination. If there are delivery problems from our side due to external circumstances, we will report this by email. We strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible, with a maximum delivery time of one month.
Shipping by PostNL
The shipment is transported by PostNL. If you are not present at the time of listing, it will be offered again the next two business days. If the postman and/or driver of PostNL do not meet you at home, he/she will leave a ticket. This card indicates when the next offer is. Often a part of the day is indicated.
Shipping Costs Australia
Shipping costs are up to € 6.75 for parcel shipments (e.g. the 1 litre bottles). Letterbox deliveries cost € 3.95. If you spend at least € 100,= the shipment is free of charge.
Order from Belgium
You can also order and pay from Belgium. Payment is possible with Bankcontact/Mr. Cash, PayPal, by direct transfer to our account or if you have a Dutch account through iDeal.
Place your order via our webshop. You will receive an order confirmation. Transfer the amount due (order + shipping) As soon as the payment is credited, we will proceed to delivery.

Shipping costs of up to 300 grams are € 6.75. Package shipments above 300 grams to 10 kilograms are € 8.95 and € 15,- for packages more than 10 kilograms. If you spend a minimum of € 150,= the shipping is free of charge.

Re delivery
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you about it by e-mail as soon as possible. In this case, the products will be nailed as soon as possible. You don’t have to pay shipping costs for after deliveries. If a post-delivery turns out not to be possible, you will be notified and your order will expire. The amount of the item that has not been found will of course be refunded to your account.
