Dosage: 10 ml diluted in a glass of water or organic fruit juice 3 times a day, half an hour before or after eating. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store Pure&Fulvic in a cool, dry, dark place. Shelf life 2 months after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
