How can I file a complaint?
We do our utmost to provide you with the right information and products. If you do have a complaint, we ask you to report it to us. You can do this by calling us or filling out the contact form on our website. The complaint can also be lodged with the European ODR platform.
Our customer service team strives to respond to your complaint within two days.
If we cannot resolve the complaint, you can file a complaint with the disputes committee.
